Once you submit the form it is securely transmitted to our server. We receive your bid as an email and process it personally. We promise to be quick to do so, but due to differences in time-zones it might take a day – in the worst case.
In case your bid is the highest, you will be informed via email including further information about the planed proceedings on the evening the auction ends. If in the meantime another offer has outbid yours’ we will also inform you about that development via email.
If your bid is the bid that stands at the auctions’ end (6pm on the 4th of July 2021) please be prepared to be contacted via phone within the following hour. We expect you to deposit a minimum of 1000 Euro via PayPal as a security before we officially announce you as the winner and your generous donation publicly. (Of course, you can stay anonymous if you prefer so.) We will also agree on the timing and method of full payment and how and when we transfer your painting.
Every bid will be handled personally by email, no automatic data gathering happens, and all information will be permanently deleted once the auction is over. We will store all bids until then in case we cannot reach the highest bidder. We will never share your information with any third party whatsoever, unless it is agreed upon by you out of necessity to successfully complete the winning bid and the resulting transaction.
